Two moms who set out to intentionally do the best for our own families…discovering along the way that meant starting with ourselves. Our desire is to spread LENS to as many people as we can. Married, single, adults, children…LENS is for all ages and helps address symptoms associated with ADHD, explosiveness, sleep issues, PTSD, anxiety, depression, autism, emotional trauma, degenerative diseases, as well as symptoms from concussions and TBIs. LENS also helps creatives, athletes, and professionals looking to improve clarity and optimize focus.

My favorite title is mom of three energetic, loving, and joyful boys! I’m also a full time Porter at an amazing non-profit called Porter’s Call.  After seeing a need and hearing miraculous stories about the power of LENS, I knew it was what our family needed. My experience as a LENS client has resulted in deep and rested sleep, more energy, clarity, and a calmer nervous system.  When you’re my age…all of these things are priceless!  When we meet, ask me about my sons’ first LENS sessions…What a gift this has been for us all.  I can often be found with a cup of coffee, a smile on my face, a full heart, and bags under my eyes…but maybe LENS will help with that?!

I’m Melissa- wife and full-time mom to our three sweet and energetic boys. I grew up in Michigan, but since moving here in 2010 Franklin has truly become home. 

When I first learned about LENS, I was immediately curious (and honestly a little hopeful!) about what it might do for my own family. After experiencing it firsthand, I noticed real changes- more energy, clearer thinking, less anxiety, and a deeper sense of presence in my everyday life. 

I have a degree in Social Work and have always been passionate about helping people feel seen, safe, and genuinely supported. Creating warm, welcoming spaces where people can feel safe to grow and feel like they belong is one of my greatest joys.
